RUDSET Institute Brahmavara Organised Credit Camp on 25.09.2025.

RUDSETI Brahmavar organized a Credit Camp on 25th September 2025, with the objective of empowering rural entrepreneurs and creating awareness about various financial schemes available to facilitate Self-employment. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from trainees, beneficiaries and Officials from Canara Bank, DIC and other departments. Participants were guided on accessing credit facilities, bank linkages, and government schemes aimed at promoting self-employment and sustainable livelihoods. The programme served as a platform for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to interact with financial institutions, clarify their queries, and explore opportunities for expanding their enterprises.

The event was inaugurated by Sri. Gangadhar H.K., General Manager,Circle Office, Manipal, through lighting of the lamp. In his inaugural address, he highlighted the significance of the RUDSETI model in nurturing grassroots entrepreneurship. He elaborated on various government schemes, shared the objective behind the Loan Campaign initiative, and emphasized the importance of responsible borrowing and timely repayment for sustainable development.

Distribution of Loan Sanction letter:

  • Sri. Gangadhar H.K. GM, CO, Manipal handed over a loan sanction letter of Rs 50,00,000 to Mr. Prasad Heggade (RUDSETI Trainee) of Samriddhi Cashio Industries.
    • Loan Sanctioned: Rs.50 lakh
    • Total Project Cost: Rs.55 lakh
    • Subsidy Availed: Rs.15 lakh (under PMFME Scheme)
    • Loan sanctioned by: Canara Bank, Kokkarne Branch

Inauguration of RUDSETI Bazaar:

As part of the programme, a RUDSET Bazar was also organized to provide market exposure to RUDSETI-trained candidates. The Bazar showcased a wide range of products and services developed by the trainees, helping them gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer interaction, and business promotion.

Leading companies such as Toyota, Selco Solar Light Pvt. Ltd.Manipal, and Shakthi Motors Brahmavar participated in the event.
