Background: Born in a middle class family. After completing graduation, she decided to take up self-employment as most of the family members are successfully doing business. Came to know about RUDSETI, Kannur through EAP and applied for Beauty Parlour training as her elder sister running Beauty Parlour successfully at Singapore. The training, which covered both technical aspects and business skills, proved to be a turning point for her. After the training, she worked in a parlour to get experience. Later, she had taken over the same parlour where she was working. At this juncture, she attended four days ‘High End Techno and Managerial Enhancement Training Programme on Beauty Parlour’ at RUDSETI, Ujire which was a true eye opener for her and developed confidence in  her to plan and execute Growth plan. Soon after completing the training, she opened second parlour near Kannur International Airport and running profitably.
