Background: Hails from a poor family. Father earning a meagre salary which was not sufficient to feed the family. This made him to learn Television repair in a shop and later repairing TVs in the same shop for a meagre salary for one year. He opened own repair shop by pooling own resources to contribute to the family income. Introduction of LEDs which replaced old TVs forced him to look for new employment opportunities. At this juncture, he attended EAP conducted by RUDSETI Ghaziabad and applied for Refrigeration & Air-conditioning training as electronics was a familiar trade for him. The training and exercises in skills of entrepreneurship, business plan preparation, communication skills, marketing etc. filled him with more confidence and gave him a clearer goal. Now, he is doing repair and services of Refrigeration and AC efficiently and earning a decent income.
