Background: Born in a middle class family. After completing Post Graduation, he searched for a Government job, but could not succeed. The sudden demise of his father made him to shoulder the responsibility of the family. He joined PCC Pole Manufacturing Company. He worked for 10 years, but was not happy with the salary, he left the job and wanted to take up self-employment venture. One of his friends informed him to approach RUDSETI, Bhopal for training. He visited the Institute and enrolled his name for Refrigeration and Air-conditioning training. The technical and entrepreneurship development inputs changed his thinking entirely and infused positive outlook in his approach. Today, he is doing repairing of Refrigeration and AC profitably.
